The harm in thinking and reminding yourself over and over that you are not beautiful simply keeps your self-esteem low. And while I am not a believer in saying things to yourself that you don't believe in, I don't really understand why its important to remind yourself over and over what you think is wrong with you. If you think you are not beautiful, so? I don't think I am handsome. And, really, what of it? I hate the fact that people are killing each other every day. I hate the fact that there are people out there that'd kill me simply because I'm an American. But what of it? I can't change those facts. And whats the point of dwelling on it? If beauty was everything, why do beautiful people kill themselves all the time? It doesn't matter, in my opinion, whether you think you are beautiful or not. What I think matters, is that you think it is so completely and absolutely vital and important to all and everything for you.

If you think you are ugly, then leave it at that. If you are not Halle Berry, then you are not her. Accept it. What better option do you have than to accept what you have? Whats the use in reminding yourself that you don't look like all these beautiful people you wish you looked like? Do you think it is important to remind yourself that you think you are unattractive? Why? Why is it so important and so needed to call yourself ugly everyday? Is it making you happy? Is it making you more beautiful? Is it doing anything for you? What exactly is it doing for you?
