Heya, I just wanted to say.. don't beat yourself up so much. You're struggling with a lot of things and that's the crappy part of any mental illness.. there doesn't need to be something quantifiably wrong for things to still get tough. Try to focus on the positives and what's big in the scope of how you're feeling.. not necessarily the other stuff that you can't immediately change or fix. You're trying hard and making progress. A lot of times we're all so easy on other people but so hard on ourselves. Give some of that compassion back into yourself, I can promise that even in the throes of your worst days if you can do that, it'll be that little silver lining to get you through. Hang in there, hon!
