The Shadow Blows Over
The shadow hasn't compleatly passed, but I am feeling better today, I forced myself out of bed at a semi-decent hour. I feel real sick today, but that is phyical, not mental. But I am going to take real steps to make myself feel better. I can't at this time see a counsler, but I'm going to work on keeping myself togeather.
