Pace Myself
I hurt all over, I'm not sure if I'm going to run tomorrow or take a break before the race. I don't think I can hope to finish in less the forty minutes. I know I'm going to push myself too hard, I always push myself too hard. I'll get to the point where I'm in the middle of the race, I'm so worn out I don't think I can finish and want to give up. I hope to pace myself, but I have to be realistic, that's not how I am. That's not the issue anyway. What I need to decide is if I'm going to run tomorrow or take the day to recover.
I'm watching Grosse Pointe Blank right now. John Cussack is such a cutie. I could take a big bite right out of him. I love that movie it's so funny.
